London - October 18, 2010 - EMI Music Publishing, the world’s leading publisher of popular music, has signed an exclusive global publishing deal with 21 year old Swedish DJ Avicii aka Tim Berg.

A DJ, producer and artist, Avicii is one of brightest stars in the dance world. This year has seen him breakthrough on the international stage, having spent the summer supporting Tiësto in Ibiza and undertaking a world tour, as well as being recognized in the Beatport chart and holding the #1 position in the Cool Cuts Chart for three consecutive weeks.

In Europe, his instrumental single ‘Bromance’ has been a massive summer dance tune, reaching #1 in both Holland and Belgium. In the UK, the vocal version ‘Seek Bromance’ (Ministry Of Sound) is currently A listed on Radio 1 and topping club charts, with further European and international releases to follow. Meanwhile, the Avicii & Sebastien Drums single ‘My Feelings For You’ is climbing the German charts, as well as building momentum in the UK where it will be released later this year on AATW.
