EMI MPT has successfully established big market share & became the No. 1 publisher in Taiwan. The regional A&R team helped the Taiwanese writers to make hits for Hong Kong.

The market is very sluggish during these years, but we are very glad to see EMI MPT doing excellent work on exploiting songs. Our A&R team has been doing full effort on exploitation songs from other countries such as demos from various countries. The original songs are very popular among record companies and music producers; they are very well received in the region.

EMI is also very active in A&R exploitation; the recent signings include new signing with Lin, Xi , Fan, Mavis and Dai, Penny etc. Sub-publisher agreements include Friendly dog, Donnie Fun Music, Dieng Jung record and Befun Entertainment.
